The transformer that is shared by the control and lighting also burns the entire transformer due to the burning of the lighting windings, affecting the normal operation of the entire system.

Several methods to solve problems and their effects There are several ways to solve the above problems: First, to strengthen the management of equipment, 45VA capacity of the lighting part is absolutely not allowed to use 60W light bulbs, while the 90VA, 135VA capacity of the lighting part does not allow more than 80W And 120W; Second, in the new design or large modification of the control transformer and lighting transformer separate, to avoid the impact of lighting windings and affect the operation of the entire control system; Third, re-adjust the distribution of lighting control capacity in the transformer, each Transformer with 60W lamp design, taking into account the transformer efficiency, the revised part of the lighting with a single lamp 70VA, two 140VA, three 210VA. In this way, the normal operation can be satisfied regardless of whether the 40W or 60W light bulb is used.

The above methods have been put into production practice in recent years with different effects: Method One: Strengthen management. There is a certain effect on the lighting system with a lamp of 45VA in the equipment. However, if the management is relaxed, similar problems will appear again. Can not fundamentally solve the problem; method two, transform the equipment control system, so that it is separated from the lighting, better than the former, but this only plays a role in the normal operation of the control system, but the lighting part is still There is a burnout situation; Method 3, replace the burnout transformer, so that the control and lighting are separated, and the lighting capacity is designed for each VA70VA.
