In December last year, the bureau sampled food, shoes and energy-saving lamps in Huizhou supermarkets and wholesale markets, and found that the pass rates were only 67.86%, 8.16%, and 11%, respectively.
The pass rate of sampling products is only 38.42%.
The spot check was conducted randomly at various wholesale points, individual dealerships and large supermarkets in Huizhou City. 190 batches were randomly selected, 73 batches passed the inspection, and 117 batches failed, with a pass rate of 38.42%. Among them, 84 batches of food samples were inspected, 57 batches passed the test, and 27 batches failed, with a pass rate of 67.86%. 49 batches of shoes were inspected and tested, and 4 batches were qualified. 45 batches were unqualified, and the pass rate was 8.16%. The electromechanical inspection of 57 batches, 12 batches passed the test, 45 batches failed, the pass rate was 21.05% (including 4 switch sockets, 7 failed, the pass rate was 36.36%; the electronic energy-saving lamps qualified 4 copies) 32 cases failed, the pass rate was 11.11%; 6 batches of lamps failed, the pass rate was 40.00%).

The main problems include signs, lamp power, power factor, heat resistance, harmonics, initial light efficiency, color rendering index, color characteristics and Other items. Among them, the unqualified heat resistance is caused by the poor insulation material, which will cause the product to fail to protect against electric shock, thus causing personal and property damage. Food unqualified items are mainly food labels, residual sulfur dioxide, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, total number of colonies, sodium saccharin, total esters, total acids, and the like. The total number of colonies exceeding the standard is an indicator reflecting the degree of bacterial contamination of the food. Exceeding the standard will directly affect the health of the consumers, especially for low-resistance people such as the elderly and children; the residual sulfur dioxide is excessive, mainly cool. The residual amount of sulfur dioxide in fruits and melon seeds exceeds the standard because it is caused by illegal use of bleaching agents by the manufacturer. It has a stimulating effect on human gastrointestinal tract and is likely to cause gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea and vomiting.
The unqualified items of footwear are mainly peeling strength and low adhesion strength. After the shoes are worn for a period of time, the phenomenon of debonding or cracking of the sole and the upper material is easy to occur.
