Its internal computer system becomes a loop similar to a small network. Each electrical appliance is a small computer. As long as there is one positive power and 2~3 signal lines, the entire vehicle circuit can be controlled. For example, the power window originally has to be ten. Wire control, now only 4 wires can be controlled, for example, if you want to drive the window glass down, the button only needs to send a digital signal, for example, the "1122" motor end of the small computer receives 1122 to control the window down, and the signal line is only sent out 1122 After the signal, there is no power output, so if the power window fails, if you do not use the special inspection computer to check the fault, you can't know which thing is faulty, because the signal line is less than the voltage, the switch and the motor end have no electricity, so the fault is judged. You can't figure out the problem without using a dedicated computer.

The taillight system is also the same~ there is a small computer at the taillight to receive the signal. When the signal is received, it will perform the action represented by the signal. For example, when the brake is sent, the signal of 3344 is sent. When the computer receives the signal of 3344, it will send the signal to the brake bulb. When the light is on, when the car is released, the signal of the 4433 will be sent to control the brake light bulb to be extinguished. However, when the light bulb is not bright, the light bulb may be burnt, or the small computer may be broken, or the signal line may be broken or braked. The pedal switch is faulty. If you don't plug it into the computer, you don't know which part of the problem is wrong, because the wiring and the principle of action are completely different!

The engine water temperature switch combines the three switches into a single water temperature switch to transmit the signal. As long as the water temperature signal is sent to the computer, the computer can send three groups of signals to the water temperature meter, the fan computer and the engine injection system to operate according to the situation. You can save another two sets of sensors and lines.

Some cars have changed from the traditional line to the CAN-BUS system. The light is 20 kilograms, but the small microcomputers of all sizes in the whole car may have 3 to 40, although the unnecessary power consumption and load are reduced. But the only drawback is that you can't repair the car without overhauling the computer, and all the concepts and knowledge of the electrical system fault judgment should be re-learned, otherwise the car can't be repaired! This kind of network line system can make the car have lower power consumption. The quantity and computer can fully grasp the whole car system. The disadvantage is that the repairer must use the maintenance computer to communicate with the car, otherwise he does not know what the car is!

If the basic judgment is a small computer (network), the meter can be used to diagnose the positive and negative ground (negative) at the joint with or without short circuit and power supply; if the signal line can only measure the resistance value; and the signal line itself is divided into high speed (HS) -CAN) and medium speed (MS-CAN), can only use the oscilloscope or diagnostic computer to confirm whether the transmission rate is abnormal, the high-speed transmission rate is about 500KB per second, and the medium-speed transmission rate is about 125KB per second.

At present, the application of CAN-BUS bus in the car is more and more popular, not only limited to high-end cars (such as Polo, Bora, Passat), but also mid-range cars (such as Shanghai Volkswagen's Touran) are more and more equipped with CAN- BUS bus. However, the small domestic car that uses this technology in China is not common.
