Article 17 The deadline for each statistical direct reporting unit to report direct reporting data is 12:00 on the 2nd of the following month. ??
Article 18 The relevant statistical direct report data of the national adjustment center, regional power grid company and other units that are the data sources (calculation basis) of other direct reporting units shall be reported in advance according to relevant regulations. ??
Article 19 If the time for reporting a report is not postponed, the time for the holiday will not be postponed. If there are special circumstances that need to be submitted in advance or later, the notice at that time shall prevail. ??
Chapter VI Statistical Direct Reporting Method??

Chapter IX Statistics Direct Reporting Supervision and Assessment??

Article 34 In case of statutory holidays, all direct reporting units shall properly arrange the overtime work of statistical direct reporting personnel and take appropriate measures to compensate them. ??
Article 35 The State Grid Corporation of China regularly announces the report of the statistical direct reporting system and incorporates it into the year-end statistical assessment. Units that fail to report according to the requirements will be given a notice of criticism, and rewards will be awarded for the completion of the better units in the year-end statistical assessment. ??
Chapter X Supplementary Provisions??
