1. 3. Bidder qualification requirements and review methods
3.1. The bidding project requires the bidder to have the qualification of Grade III and above for the urban and road lighting engineering contracting enterprise issued by the construction administrative department and the “Safety Production License for Construction Enterprises”;
3.2. The project manager of the bidder who intends to act as the bidding project shall have a valid qualification for not less than the qualification of the second-level mechanical and electrical installation registered architect, and shall hold a certificate of safety production assessment certificate B;
3.3. This tender does not accept consortium bidding.

4. Acquisition of bidding documents
