Fujian Province proposed local standards for LED lamps
Recently, Fujian Province proposed the first local standard for LED lamps in mainland China, stipulating that the service life of LED lamps should not be less than 10,000 hours.
Local standards for LED lamps jointly verified and revised by experts and technicians from the Fujian Provincial Bureau of Quality Supervision, Fuzhou University and other LED lighting companies were proposed. The standard stipulates that the service life of LED lamps should not be less than 10,000 hours.
It is reported that LED lighting products have developed rapidly in recent years, but the relevant standards are still blank, and countries and regions around the world are stepping up development. Fujian Province, as one of the fastest growing provinces in China, has dozens of LED lighting manufacturers. The proposed standard will become the first local standard for LED lamps nationwide.
LED luminaire products have a long service life and can reach 10,000 to 20,000 hours, while the average energy-saving lamp has a service life of 6 to 7,000 hours, and the daily use of incandescent lamps is 2 to 3,000 hours. These products also have very good energy saving effects.
