Tender Notice for LED Display Project of Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province

The Guangzhou Municipal Government Procurement Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Procurement Center”) is entrusted by the Panyu District Agricultural Secondary Professional School (hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser”) to conduct public bidding for the following government procurement projects. Currently, qualified domestic bidders are invited to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters are as follows:
I. Introduction to the bidding project

P16LED outdoor electronic display, monochrome screen (16mm pitch) display size is not less than 3.93 square meters; full color screen (16mm pitch) display size is not less than 12.59 square meters. Within 30 days after the signing of the 250,000 yuan contract, the bidders who are required to participate in the bidding of the project shall have the following qualifications in addition to the qualification requirements of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law:
(1) A legal person or other organization of the People's Republic of China;
(2) The manufacturer or agent of the LED product for bidding, or the supplier authorized by the manufacturer to bid;
(3) There is an after-sales service organization in Guangdong Province.
When purchasing the bidding documents, please submit a copy of the business license that has passed the annual inspection and a copy of other qualification documents.
3. The time, place, method and price of the bidding documents for obtaining the bidding documents
(1) Time for obtaining bidding documents: May 8, 2008 to May 28, 2008 (office hours)

(3) The cost of the bidding documents: RMB 150/set (not refundable after sale)
(4) Ways of obtaining bidding documents: on-site registration or purchase by transfer payment.
The method of paying for a purchase by transfer is as follows:
1. Remit the cost of the bidding documents to:

2. Log in to the website of the center and download the bidding documents in the tender notice of the project (click the attachment in the upper left corner to download). The downloaded bidding documents are encrypted documents. After the payment, fill in the “Purchasing Purchase Document Registration Form” in the download package, and send a copy of the business license and remittance slip to the staff of (020) 83581722-335, and then ask the staff for the password. (On-site registration can be purchased directly at the password).
(5) The Center only accepts bids from suppliers who have officially obtained the bidding documents through the above methods.
Note: Regardless of the method of purchasing the bidding documents, potential bidders must accurately fill out the “Purchasing Purchase Document Registration Form” and ensure that the contents are true, complete, valid and consistent, such as due to the potential bidder’s incorrect information. Any losses related to the project are borne by potential bidders or followers.
