Design of Acoustic Emission Front-end Circuit Based on In-System Programmable Analog Circuit

Introduce the technical characteristics, working principle and application of ispPAC in the system programmable analog circuit, analyze the requirements of the acoustic emission detection system for the front-end circuit, and realize the design of the acoustic emission front-end circuit based on the ispPAC technology.

Acoustic emission technology is an effective dynamic non-destructive detection technology to judge the degree of internal damage of the structure based on the stress waves emitted inside the structure.
Starting from the requirement for dynamic non-destructive testing of vehicle suspension systems, in order to save costs, we have developed an acoustic emission testing system. The system block diagram is shown in Figure 1.
