The remote control is small in size and beautiful in appearance, and can be hung on the keychain and carried around. There are four buttons on it, which can respectively emit four control signals. Figure 1 shows the remote control transmitter circuit. ICl is a low-power coding transmitter chip using CMOS technology. Pins ①—⑧ are 8-bit 3-state address setting pins. Each pin can be connected to high level, low level, or floating, thus providing 6561 addresses Code, can effectively avoid re-coding. In addition, 10--13 feet are 4-bit data pins, which can generate four control signals. When any button is pressed, the coded pulse train corresponding to the button formed by ICl is output from the ⑥ pin to modulate the high-frequency oscillation circuit. JTl is a high-frequency resonator, which forms a stable high-frequency oscillation circuit with VTl. In addition, VTl also doubles as high-frequency transmission, and the signal is transmitted through Ll. Figure 2 and Figure 3 are the high-frequency receiving and decoding control circuits. The signal received by the antenna in Figure 2 is amplified by VT1 at high frequency and then enters VT2 for frequency selection. After amplifying, the amplified signal enters ICIB shaping and is output by Dout to Din in FIG. 3, and then is further filtered and shaped by IC2A and sent to the foot of FPT2272. PT2272 is a decoding integrated circuit used with PT2262. It also has 8-bit 3-state address pins. Only when the address pins of FPT2262 are set the same, can the data signal be correctly translated and output high level at the corresponding output terminal of PT2272 . D1, R2, R3, and C1 form a circuit to eliminate button jitter to ensure the reliability of remote control operation. The positive end of D1 can be connected to any place from â‘© to 13 of PT2272, and they correspond to the four buttons of the transmitter. C2 and R4 complete the preset of the CD4013, so that the output terminal of the CD4013 is low when the power is first applied, that is, the controlled electrical appliance is in a power-off state. IC4 is a photocoupler with zero-crossing trigger function. When the CD4013 outputs a high level, the optocoupler works, and triggers the bidirectional thyristor to turn on at the same time, and outputs 220V voltage at the output end. The use of thyristor as a switch control can eliminate the noise generated by the relay, and the reliability of the entire circuit can also be improved. The power supply of the receiving part of the circuit adopts the resistance-capacitance step-down method, which realizes the miniaturization of the entire circuit. This set of boards are all debugged and can work normally without any treatment. After installation, press the button. Turn on the appliance and press again. The appliance is powered off.
