Yingrui Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. and South Korea Uli to Create Yangzhou LED Lighting Production Line
On March 10, Korea Yuli Group and Yingrui Optoelectronics Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. held a joint venture agreement signing ceremony in Yang. After signing the agreement, Yingrui Optoelectronics will acquire part of the shares of the subsidiary of Korea Yuli Group, increase capital investment in Yangzhou, and add a new LED lighting production line.
Yuli Group is one of the most powerful and technologically advanced energy-saving lighting companies in the world. As one of the key investment projects in Yangzhou City, in August 2010, Yuli Group invested 100 million US dollars to establish Yangzhou Yuli Electronics Co., Ltd. in Yangzhou, mainly producing LED backlight components.
Yingrui Optoelectronics Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the design, research and development and manufacturing of LED and related industrial chains. It has its own production bases in Shanghai and Nantong. Through this joint effort, Yingrui Optoelectronics and Korea Yuli Group will jointly build LED lighting production lines, which will have positive significance for Yangzhou to build LED industry chain.
