Shijian’s three-band infrared flame detector (IR3FD), based on Pyreos’ thin film pyroelectric sensor, covers signal amplification, on-chip ADC, flexible output interfaces, and PC software. This platform allows customers to evaluate flame sensor performance quickly and reduce design cycles. The reference design prevents false alarms, detects infrared signals within milliseconds, and achieves a detection range of 65 meters. It also includes a comparison channel for traditional sensors and provides software for data analysis.

(3) Smart Transmitter Reference Design

This solution uses ADI’s ADuC7061 as the main MCU, combined with AD8420 instrumentation amplifier and Epcos piezoresistive sensors. It converts analog signals to digital through internal linearization algorithms and outputs 4-20 mA for accurate pressure measurement. Based on Qualcomm’s 867x Bluetooth speaker solution, this design supports TWS and broadcast modes, OTA upgrades via BLE or SPP, and mobile app connectivity. It supports protocols like A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, and more, making it suitable for portable speakers, soundbars, car audio systems, and wireless subwoofers.

Shijian’s ultrasonic water meter solution uses TDC-GP30 (ams) and S1C17W15 (Epson) as the core. It includes LCD display, EEPROM, low-power LDO, isolated RS485 communication, and protection devices like Bourns TBU and TVS. It measures flow, temperature, and speed of sound, and supports DL/T645 protocol for data retrieval via RS485.

(2) Power Quality Online Monitoring Device Solution

This device complies with GB17626.30-2012 and grid standards, monitoring power quality parameters in factories, substations, wind farms, and photovoltaic plants. It uses ADSP-BF607 + AD7606 architecture for high-performance online monitoring. Features include graphical HMI, GPS timing, alarm functions, and EMC protection using Bourns PTVS and PPTC. It provides a turnkey solution for power quality inspection equipment.

(3) Distribution Network Automation Solution

Based on ADSP-CM408F, this solution supports medium and low-voltage power protection devices, DTU/FTU, and power quality analyzers. It includes three-phase current/voltage transformers, AD8604 signal conditioning, and a built-in harmonic analysis engine (HAE).
