Project Overview:
The project involves the establishment of a 500kV high-voltage corridor in the northern part of the central area of the town, running from north to south along Qilu Road, Yutai Road, and Weiwei 2nd Road. The corridor extends from the east side of Jingkai Expressway to the Jingxian Canal on the eastern boundary, and to Tonghe Street and National Road 106 on the western side.
The project includes the construction of three boiler houses. The 1# boiler house is located west of Tonghe Street, north of Fuping Road, east of Longitudinal Road, and south of Qiweiwei. The 2# boiler house is situated west of Longitudinal Second Road, north of Weiwei 4th Road, south of Fuping Road, and east of Shengping Street. The 3# boiler house lies west of Longitudinal Road, north of Yanlu Road, south of Wuxiang Road, and east of Huixian Street. All these boiler houses will be connected through an indirect heating system.
The project consists of three new boiler houses. The 1# boiler house is adjacent to Yutai Road to the north and Longyi Road to the east. It contains three gas boilers with a capacity of 8 tons each, totaling 24 tons, and serves an area of approximately 350,000 square meters. The 2# boiler house is located south of Weiwei 4th Road and east of Long 2nd Road, featuring two sets of 8-ton and two sets of 10-ton gas boilers, totaling 36 tons, covering about 577,000 square meters. The 3# boiler house is situated to the north of Qixiang Road and east of Huiyin Street, equipped with three 8-ton gas boilers, providing heating for around 390,000 square meters.
The total construction scale is approximately 1.42 million square meters, with a heating area of about 1.37 million square meters.
Tender Scope:
The tender covers the engineering of heat source equipment and auxiliary facilities, heat exchange station equipment, outdoor heating pipelines, boiler rooms, and heat exchange stations, including power supply, distribution, and automatic control systems. It also includes the completion of the gas project from the red line at the boiler house location to the gas point. The boiler room's ventilation and flammable gas alarm linkage system is entrusted to Party A and is not included in this tender. The scope also encompasses preliminary design, construction drawing design, procurement of all equipment and materials within the design scope, installation, commissioning, and final project acceptance, including ventilation. Detailed specifications are outlined in the bidding documents.
Bidder Qualification Requirements:
1. Bidders must hold a valid business license issued by the administrative department of industry and commerce.
2. Bidders must possess Class A qualification for municipal public works supervision.
