Street lamps are an important part of urban lighting. Traditional street lamps often use high-pressure sodium lamps. The low-efficiency of high-pressure sodium lamps as a whole has caused huge waste of energy. Therefore, it develops new high-efficiency, energy-saving, long life, high color rendering index and environmental protection. Street lights are of great significance for urban lighting energy conservation. LED Light is a light source for street lamps, and it has many advantages over traditional street light sources.

City main attack LED street lighting

First, LEDLight is a semiconductor diode that has a very long lifetime. When the luminous flux is attenuated to 80%, its lifetime reaches 25,000 hours. The life of the metal halide lamp is 6000~12000 hours, and the life of the high pressure sodium lamp is 12000 hours.

Second, the basic structure of LEDLight is an electroluminescent semiconductor material, placed on a leaded shelf, and then sealed with epoxy resin to protect the internal core wire, so LEDLight has good seismic performance.

Third, the light color of the white LEDTube is better than that of the high pressure sodium lamp. At the intermediate visual level, the human eye is more likely to distinguish things in a high color temperature environment than in a low color temperature environment. The color rendering of white LEDLight is also much better than that of high-pressure sodium lamps. The color rendering index of high-pressure sodium lamps is only 20 right and left, while white LEDLight can reach 65~80.

Fourth, LEDLight can achieve a perfect dimming function. Since LEDLight has a large operating range, its light output is proportional to the operating current, so the current can be reduced by dimming. In addition, because LEDLight performs frequent switching without much damage, LEDLight dimming can also be obtained by pulse width adjustment. By adjusting the duty cycle and operating frequency of the voltage, the LEDTube's luminous intensity can be effectively adjusted.

Fifth, in the optical system of the luminaire, the luminous loss of the LEDLight source is minimized. Unlike traditional light sources, LEDLight is a half-space light source. A high-pressure sodium lamp or a metal halide lamp is a light source that emits light in a full space, and it is necessary to change the outgoing light of one half space into the other half space by changing the direction of 180°. When we rely on the reflector to complete, the absorption of light by the reflector and the blocking of the light source itself are unavoidable. With LEDLight as the light source, there is no such loss, and the utilization of light is higher than that of the conventional light source. Finally, the LEDTube source does not contain harmful metallic mercury, unlike high-pressure sodium lamps or metal halide lamps that are hazardous to the environment at the time of disposal.

At present, the initial investment problem of LEDLight lighting is still a major problem that plagues us. The LEDLight efficiency in the market is increasing rapidly, while the price is decreasing. Compared with LEDLight's environmental protection and energy saving, conventional fossil energy is becoming more and more tense, and it will cause increasingly serious pollution to the environment after use. Therefore, as an emerging outdoor lighting, LEDLight lighting will show us endless vitality and broad prospects.
