Two UHV transmission projects have been approved

“Hami-Zhengzhou, Ximeng-Nanjing, two UHV power transmission projects have been approved by the National Development and Reform Commission.” Bai Jianhua, senior economist of the State Grid Power Research Institute, said on June 1 that one of the mid-term measures to address the tight supply and demand of electricity is Speed up the UHV grid approval and construction process.

“The situation of power supply and demand in the national grid operating area in 2013 will directly depend on the approval and construction progress of UHV projects and supporting power projects.” Bai Jianhua pointed out that if Ximeng-Nanjing, Mengxi (Shaanxi)-Changsha, Xiluodu- A batch of UHV projects such as West Zhejiang, Hami-Zhengzhou, etc. were completed and put into production, and the supporting power supply was built synchronously, which can basically solve the tension and tension in power supply and demand in the company's operating areas.

Bai Jianhua stated that during the summer peak season this year, the power gaps in North China, East China, and Central China Power Grids are 30 million kilowatts, among which, the power shortage in North China will reach 6 million kilowatts, and the power shortage in East China will reach 16 million kilowatts. Up to 7 million kilowatts. During peak winter, the electricity gap will reach 28 million kilowatts, of which North China and East China will reach 4 million kilowatts and 11 million kilowatts respectively. In 2012, the maximum power gap will reach 50 million kilowatts, of which the gaps in North China, East China and Central China will reach 10 million kilowatts, 25 million kilowatts and 14 million kilowatts respectively.

Bai Jianhua believes that the current energy development methods that rely heavily on coal transportation have exposed various drawbacks. Accelerating the process of approval and construction of UHV grid projects and improving the ability of the grid to optimize resource allocation are one of the long-term measures to cope with the tight supply and demand of electricity. It is understood that more than 50 million kilowatts of UHV transmission capacity can transport 150 million tons of coal per year, which can greatly reduce the pressure on coal transportation.

Intelligent Piezoresistive Pressure Transmitter BPZ series combine measuring, display and transmitter together, it can correct the linearity and compensate tempreature drift. It also can adjust the parameter of transmitter by hand-helder, achieve accurate  date transfer by using Hart protocol or RS485 protocol.
