International Rectifier (IR), a global leader in power semiconductors and management solutions, has launched a new family of 300V power MOSFETs that offer reference on-resistance (Rds(on)) for high-efficiency industrial applications. These advanced devices are designed to support a wide range of systems, including 110V-120V AC linear regulators, power supplies, and DC-AC inverters like solar inverters and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).

The latest MOSFET family is engineered with ultra-low on-resistance, which significantly enhances system efficiency and enables designers to minimize component counts when multiple MOSFETs are used in parallel.
