2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope
2.1 Construction Site: Ganzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone
2.2 The scale of the tender: about 940,000 yuan;
2.3 Planned duration: 60 calendar days;
2.4 Bidding scope: Testing of pile foundation for the construction project of the Yanhua Cigarette Factory of Jiangxi Zhongyan Industrial Co., Ltd. of the Zhuzhou Cigarette Factory (see the construction drawings provided by the tenderer for details). The testing methods include the static loading of the bearing capacity of the pile foundation. Testing; Low-strain pile integrity testing; Core drilling method for integrity testing.

3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 Has an independent legal person qualification and holds a valid and valid corporate legal person business license;
3.2 Qualification requirements: Qualification of the “Qualification Certificate of Construction Engineering Quality Inspection Organization†(foundation for foundation-based engineering inspection) and the “Measurement Certification Certificate†issued by the provincial, autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government or State Bureau of Technical Supervision issued by the construction administrative department;
3.3 Corporate performance: From October 1, 2013 to the deadline for submission of bids (based on the time of the pile foundation test report), the bidders independently completed at least one (including one) similar pile foundation project with a test contract amount greater than 700,000. Test items (similar to the test items for pile foundation projects refer to the items that cover the inspection of the pile integrity of the engineering pile and the vertical bearing capacity of the single pile of the engineering pile, the same below).
3.4 The bidder must obtain the original copy of the notification for the filing of tenders submitted by the administrative department of construction in Jiangxi Province before the bid opening.
3.5 The bidder is qualified as a general VAT taxpayer, and is committed to issue a 6% VAT invoice for this project;
3.6 The project does not accept bids from the Consortium.
