Qorvo has added new high-speed products for long-haul transportation, metro and data center applications, offering new multi-channel low-power options to reduce costs and achieve market-leading channel-to-channel isolation while reducing product form factor and helping the network Device manufacturers maximize integration and signal fidelity.
Qorvo began sampling devices in the fourth quarter of 2014, including Layer 1 and Layer 2 network equipment manufacturers (NEMs) and leading optical module manufacturers. Qorvo has penetrated the data center market and its initial design has been successfully applied to devices used by non-traditional data communication providers.
Qorvo's latest infrastructure products include dual- and quad-channel limiting and linear drivers that deliver industry-leading performance with high gain, low power, high channel-to-channel isolation, and low total harmonic distortion (THD). These devices are targeted at DP-QPSK and 16QAM, 100G, 200G, and 400G applications in modular solutions, while supporting the CFPx and QFSP28 Small Form Factor (SFF) standards.

TGA4893-SL, dual channel SMT driver for 16QAM 200G/400G linear applications
TGA4851-SL, 100G CFP4 and QSFP28 Quad SMT Drivers for Emerging Extended Range Data Center Applications
Ideal for the CFP2-ACO module form factor, the TGA4960-SL is Qorvo's most advanced four-channel modulator driver in the industry's smallest 14 x 8 x 2.6 mm package.
Qorvo recently expanded its optical portfolio to include new 100G limiting and linear transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs) for metro and long-haul applications, including dual and quad versions. New products include:
TGA4872, 100G DP-QPSK Dual Channel Linear TIA
TGA4874, 100G/400G four-channel linear TIA with digital or analog control;
The TGA4874 quad-channel linear TIA features high transimpedance gain, automatic gain/output level control, and high bandwidth options for 400G applications. The TGA4874 is unique in the industry, including an optional control interface for digital or analog control, providing the receiver designer with maximum flexibility.
