Huake 85 Alumni Starts R&D for Parkinson's Patients

: Through the development of robotics to alleviate the pain of Parkinson's patients, graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology's "after 85" alumnus Ren Kang, recently returned to his alma mater, and brothers and sisters to share his entrepreneurial road. Ren Kang's undergraduate and master's degrees are all attended by Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He not only has typical male and female students' masculinity, but also reveals a strong bookishness. After graduating, he entered Huawei to do research and development. In 2013, he resigned and founded GYENNO Collaboration Technology. In 2014, the company began to focus on the Parkinson field, providing a systematic solution to functional impairment for Parkinson's and motor dysfunction patients. Ren Kang said that many people know that Parkinson's disease is due to Hawking, but little is known about the terrible aspects of the disease and the inconvenience caused to life. Because the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease is not clear, traditional methods such as drugs and surgery are still scarce. Therefore, the use of medical rehabilitation robots to solve functional disorders in Parkinson's patients and improve the quality of life of patients has become an important trend. The robot developed by the company can assist patients to eat normally, carry out hand balance training, and postpone the deterioration of the hand's motor function.
