1. 3. According to GB11147 take asphalt sample (), the asphalt is heated to have a good fluidity (to fully immerse the temperature of the surface of the glass fiber mat), and after mixing evenly weighed 25 times the weight of the glass fiber surface felt bitumen (accurate to 0.1 g). Note that the maximum temperature of the asphalt family should not exceed 200 degrees Celsius.

4. Remove the glass fiber mat, mold frame and bottom plate from the oven, quickly apply the release agent evenly on the bottom plate, place the mold frame horizontally on the bottom plate, and overlay the three glass fiber surface mats together and put them into the mold. In the box, the bitumen was then evenly cast on the surface mat of the glass fiber so that it saturated the surface mat of the glass fiber. After cooling to room temperature, wipe off the surface of the test piece with a dry cloth or soft paper. Cut off the surrounding edges by 15mm±1mm, and cut it to a length of 110-120mm and a width of 6.5mm±0.5mm. Samples. Each group of at least 15 samples.
